Community Cat Shelter Project

Saginaw County Animal Care & Control’s Cat Volunteers and Undercover Angels Animal Rescue have teamed up to build insulated shelters for community cats.

These shelters provide warmth and protection during the cold months, helping keep our vulnerable outdoor cat population safe and comfortable.

Undercover Angels Animal Rescue of Saginaw would like to extend our sincere appreciation to the Saint Charles Haunted House Association for their generous grant award in support of our Winter Animal Shelter Program.

The Saint Charles Haunted House Association’s support will directly help offset the cost of critical winter supplies, including:

  • Straw for outdoor shelters

  • Kennels for families able to bring pets indoors

  • Outdoor dog igloos

  • Storage totes used to build insulated shelters for community cats

We are truly grateful for this support and for their commitment to helping animals in our community. This grant will make a meaningful impact for pets and community cats across Saginaw County this winter.
